**Announcement: Teachers Training on Nooraaniyyah Foundation & Tajweed Rules**

Assalamu Alaykum,

Izzah center is pleased to announce a special training course on the **Nooraaniyyah foundation & Tajweed Rules** for Qur’an teachers!

This training is designed to equip teachers with foundational skills for teaching the Nooraaniyyah method, an effective approach to Qur’anic reading and pronunciation.

Details of the Training:

Topic: “Nooraaniyyah Foundation & Tajweed Rules for Qur’an Teachers”

Date: November 23, 2024- May 31, 2025 (with a break during Ramadan)

Time: Saturdays: 11:30am – 2:30pm

Venue: Izzah Learning Center (2505 Don Reid Dr.)

Fees: $650* (includes the teacher’s textbook and the handouts)

(*The course is free for those who pass the final test and commit, by signing a contract, to teaching at Izzah for at least two years. However, a deposit cheque of $650 is required.)

Objectives:

To understand the basics of the Nooraaniyyah method and how to teach it.

To improve pronunciation and fluency in Qur’anic recitation.

To enhance teaching skills for engaging students in learning the Qur’an.

Qur’an teachers at Izzah.

Teachers interested in incorporating Nooraaniyyah in their teaching practice.
